Christina is a BA candidate in Painting at Adams State University. A small university located in the beautiful San Luis Valley, northern Colorado. Ms. Chavez has devoted her educational career towards fine arts as well as teaching. Christina was privileged to be involved in student teaching for two of four college years; volunteering to work with all grades and levels of learners.

As a Colorado native, Christina emphasizes the landscape as well as the colorful contrasts of Colorado seasons. Since she was able to walk she was able to create; now wanting to help future generations find passion, understanding, and talent within the arts. On Christina’s downtime, you can find her giving love, spending time and sharing knowledge with her close ones; as they are her greatest motivation.
